  • Coordination with media houses, editors & platforms for coverage opportunities.
  • Support for interviews, quotes, and feature articles wherever applicable.
  • Monthly focus on consistent visibility through planned PR activities & opportunities.
  • Tracking and sharing of media coverage, mentions & PR performance.
T&Cs for Influencer Marketing
  • All payments related to celebrity/influencer / PR campaigns shall be released prior to the scheduled campaign start date in advance, promptly upon receipt of the corresponding invoice.
  • Timely Payment to the influencer / Manager / Influencer Agency must be ensured from the client side.
  • For all the 3rd party execution, we will scout, finalize, and execute campaigns with client approvals based on the project brief, approved budget, and target audience.
  • Post-campaign, we will present the results and insights to the client for discussion and planning of future engagements.
  • This streamlined approach allows us to ensure timely and effective execution, avoiding delays associated with multiple approval stages and payment processes.
  • By entrusting us with the end-to-end management of selection and campaign execution, we can deliver optimized results aligned with your marketing objectives

  • All PR activities will be executed based on approved strategy, narratives, and brand positioning.
  • Timely approvals, content inputs, and spokesperson availability must be ensured by the client.
  • Agency will handle media outreach, pitching, and coordination with relevant platforms and journalists.
  • No guaranteed media coverage, as all publications are subject to editorial approval.
  • Timelines may vary depending on media cycles and external dependencies.
  • Any paid PR / sponsored features / advertorials will be at additional cost (client scope).
  • Client must ensure timely payments (if applicable) for any third-party PR opportunities.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on visibility, reach, and media presence, not direct lead generation.
