The Challenge
OneEV’s scooter categories attracted different types of buyers, so one common campaign structure was not enough.
The challenge was to understand which creatives, audiences, and campaign formats were generating more qualified leads, and then optimize the campaign accordingly.
Our Strategy
Monkey Ads tested multiple types of creatives, including different video and graphic formats. After continuous testing and optimisation, testimonial videos and high-performing graphic creatives generated the strongest qualified leads.
The audience was also segmented based on scooter category behaviour. Some scooter segments performed better with Gen Z audiences, while other scooter categories worked better with a different audience profile. Based on these insights, campaigns were divided into separate audience segments for sharper targeting.
Campaign Optimisation
The team observed that lead form campaigns were generating leads at a higher cost. To improve performance, Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns were launched and closely monitored.
After WhatsApp campaigns started showing better results, the existing lead campaigns were stopped. One combined lead campaign was continued for all locations, while the other campaigns were continued as location-wise CTWA campaigns.
